Workplace Relations Manager

A strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and influencing skills is sought to join our team as a Workplace Relations Manager. This permanent role is based in Melbourne CBD and offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading brand in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bargaining strategies and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Provide expert counsel on industrial disputes and conduct investigations
  • Represent the company at the Fair Work Commission and build influential relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage complex projects and drive positive change in a dynamic industrial relations environment
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate or legal qualification
  • Relevant workplace relations experience in a complex environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage complex projects
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and drive positive change
