Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish trusted relationships with clients by deeply understanding their challenges and uncovering unmet needs.
  • Translate technical and commercial insights into clear scopes of work that enable successful project delivery.
  • Lead early-stage engagement and technical discussions to shape opportunities that support regional growth.
  • Use your engineering expertise to create innovative solutions that add real value for our Clients.
  • Contribute to estimating and pipeline development, ensuring seamless transition from client intent to execution.

Key Skills:

  • A trade or technical qualification in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (desired).
  • Proven experience in technical client-facing roles, ideally in heavy industry.
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and customer requirements.
  • Commercial awareness with a knack for shaping value-based outcomes.
  • The confidence to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the wider team.
  • Estimating experience is desirable, but what matters most is your ability to engage, influence, and bring clarity to complex client needs.
