About the Role

Komatsu Australia is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing reporting solutions and building data models to provide high-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards within an enterprise reporting environment, providing data analysis and insights.
  • Translate business requirements into data solutions and models, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Build and maintain tables and views in Snowflake and via DBT, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and develop efficient visualizations and Power BI reports, adhering to set standards and best practices.
  • Extract, transform, and load data within our Data Warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Execute test and deployment solutions for data models and reports, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Configure and maintain multiple layers of security relating to Power BI reports, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience as a Business Intelligence Developer.
  • Experience in database design, data modeling, SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and M Code.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio is desirable.
