As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be working closely with the Project Manager to contribute to project objectives. This role involves planning and executing projects by providing expertise and best practices. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure company and individual goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project objectives and manage project requirements documentation, project tracking, resourcing, and budgeting.
  • Communicate project status materials to all stakeholders.
  • Provide post-implementation support and interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs and solve business problems.
  • Assist the Project Manager with necessary tasks and collaborate with different Lines of Business to establish and meet business requirements on process improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate documentation creation, deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential, with the ability to converse and write in at least one additional language.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Specialist, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Project-related professional certifications are preferred, and computer literacy and internet savvy are required.
  • Result-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure, with a positive work attitude and excellent communication skills.
