Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team in Malaysia.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Multilingual Project Coordinator, contributing to the success of our projects. As a Global Service Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects, providing expertise and best practices, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze project objectives and manage project requirement-related documentation, project-tracking, project resourcing, and budgeting.
- Manage and communicate project status materials to all participants.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs, solve business problems, and design technical solutions.
- Assist the Project Manager with all necessary tasks related to the project.
- Work with different Lines of Business to establish and meet business requirements on process improvement opportunities using process improvement tools/methodology.
- Facilitate and create documentation (e.g., SLA, SOP), flowcharts, diagrams, and presentation decks on findings and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Ability to converse & write in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, Arabic, or Italian.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Project Specialist, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Project-related professional certifications are preferred.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Result-oriented and passionate about delivering projects successfully.
- Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency.
- Can work under pressure and deliver set goals.
- Positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- A competitive monthly salary: RM 5,000 - RM 6,500
