Centre Operations Director

The Centre Manager position plays a pivotal role in leading repair centre teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Workshop Leadership: Ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition, meeting quality expectations.
- Quality Control and Quote Management: Prepare comprehensive and accurate quotes, conduct QA inspections, and verify vehicle repairs meet quality standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Analyze and prepare profit-and-loss statements, budgets, job costings, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management reports.
- Leadership and Team Development: Oversee staffing on site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and foster positive relationships with team members.
- Workplace Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
