Senior Operations Manager

At our early learning centre, we are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Manager to work alongside our Centre Director and lead our team in delivering high-quality education.
Your Impact:- Assist with daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Lead educators to create engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Support rostering, enrolments, compliance and administrative tasks.
- Confidently step into the Centre Director's role when required.
- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care, approved by ACECQA.
- Previous leadership or similar experience in early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
