Are you a passionate and experienced leader in early childhood education? Do you have a knack for creating nurturing and stimulating environments for young learners? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

We are seeking a highly experienced Centre Leader to make this 40-place service their own with a supportive team. Ideally you will have experience with successful A & R outcomes, building on occupancy and ensure the Centre's operations comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

As the Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team and ensuring the successful operation of the Childcare Centre.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree or Diploma
- At least 3 years experience working in a Director or Assistant Director role
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- Be able to drive up Occupancy
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
