Strategic Inventory Leadership Role

We are seeking a professional to lead our inventory planning efforts and drive service excellence across global operations.

This role requires an individual with a balance of analytical sharpness, commercial acumen, and leadership skills. You will work closely with peers and report into the Supply Chain leadership team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team of planners to deliver on performance goals
  • Collaborating with fellow Inventory Planning Leaders to ensure consistency across the group
  • Driving 95%+ delivery in full on time (DIFOT) and reducing inventory costs without compromising service
  • Enhancing global supply chain systems and methodologies
  • Partnering with Sales and Operations to align inventory with commercial objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years in Inventory Planning or Business Analytics
  • Proven leadership of teams (5+ people)
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • A collaborative, proactive, and strategic mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
