Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Strategist to join our team. This is a critical role that will involve developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Analyze data to inform manufacturing decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with suppliers to negotiate prices, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor supply chain disruptions, and mitigate risks associated with global trade.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful manufacturing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
