Your Role: As a Support Worker, you will work closely with clients offering hands-on assistance at our site and help new clients with entry and assessments. We maintain an inclusive, trauma-informed approach to ensure clients feel safe, respected, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Work with clients in line with their case plans collaborating with the case management team to deliver well-rounded, consistent support.
  • Daily Operations: Help with daily activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. Assist with client programs and provide casework support as directed.
  • Advocacy & Communication: Act as a client advocate when needed, liaising with resources to connect clients to services. Keep clear, professional records in both electronic and handwritten formats.

You Will Need:

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification or equivalent experience is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment in crisis situations.
