As a Support Worker, your daily tasks will include helping with social support, personal care, medication support, household tasks, and keeping an eye on wellbeing. You'll create a lively, positive atmosphere full of smiles and good vibes. Bring genuine care and meaningful moments to the people you support.

Requirements
  • A Genuine Interest in Supporting Others: You'll need a passion for supporting our clients and making their lives better.
  • Willingness to Travel: You'll be willing and able to travel to areas that may include Ballina, Lismore, Goonellabah.
  • Qualifications: We welcome applicants with or without a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • Must-Haves: A driver's license, reliable car, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain). Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
