We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Supporting Educator. This role involves providing support to teachers in preparing classroom materials, assisting students with their learning, and creating a positive learning environment.

As a Supporting Educator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and contribute to the development of our students. You will be responsible for supporting teachers in lesson planning, preparing materials, and implementing activities that promote student engagement and progress.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage student behavior effectively. Experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential. What is most important is your passion for education and your commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in lesson planning and preparation
  • Assist students with their learning, including one-to-one support and group work
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and progress
  • Manage student behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques where possible
