Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Educator to deliver high-quality care and education for children.

  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children in your care
  2. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other educators
  3. Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  4. Accurately record and document children's development and progress
  5. E nsure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
  6. Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a childcare setting
  • Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide leadership
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and education
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications
