Service Advisor Role

The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing repair and maintenance work.

This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and work autonomously or in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the organization for repair and maintenance work.
  • Schedule work from the service counter to the workshop while providing exceptional customer service.

As a Service Advisor, you will have worked in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. You will also possess:

  • Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Take ownership of your role and see tasks through to completion.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs.
