About Our Team
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will drive business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing the company on the ground.This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction. You will prioritize daily efforts to optimize growth performance and drive value for customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and regional sales teams, you'll share field insights to ensure the company's technology meets the needs of farmers.Your contributions will directly support the company's mission to make a difference in the world by enabling farmers and graziers to run productive and sustainable operations. This includes breaking free from time-intensive constraints of conventional practices and revolutionizing grazing with cutting-edge technology.The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping farmers succeed and has experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector. A hunter mentality is essential, with the ability to exceed goals in a sales role and grow new business through lead generation to close. We also require someone with a phenomenal attitude and a team player who can consistently overcome challenges. Additional skills include:
