About the Role

The Security Business Lead will support multiple project teams by analysing end-to-end highly complex cyber security processes. Managing the analysis and dissemination of cyber security information across teams, acting as the conduit between agencies and subject matter experts to enable informed cyber security business decisions and service improvements.

  • Collecting technical requirements and undertaking analysis to develop process maps and business process designs.
  • Providing process advice on the feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to optimise cyber security operations and risk management compliance.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management working across multiple agencies and teams to identify cyber security requirements, develop user or solution stories and case scenarios.
  • Facilitating workshops to research and obtain knowledge on cyber security compliance and privacy issues.
  • Identifying and documenting cyber security processes and roles to define cyber security requirements.
  • Tracking and driving cyber security process improvements to deliver on desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing cyber security strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of cyber security initiatives.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to teams on cyber security best practices and technologies.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement, providing accurate reporting on cyber security processes for senior stakeholders, and developing and implementing cyber security policies and procedures.
