The Technology team is responsible for the design, delivery and support of technology services to enable our corporate strategy. Its goal involves focussing on business outcomes, enduring solutions, and delivering a sustainable, secure, and trusted IT platform
Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security with a dotted line to the Enterprise Technology Business Solutions Manager, the Cyber Security Analyst will provide support for BAU improvements and new technology initiatives.
The focus for this role is to support the delivery of cyber security operational activities and the Cyber Security Roadmap. Contributing as a key member of the Technology team, the role will help support and drive initiatives in the Cyber Security and Technology Solutions teams ensuring activities performed align with security controls and are within risk appetite.
The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the IT Cyber Security team as an operational first line of defence for incidents and threats; identifying existing and emerging vulnerabilities; and providing guidance on effective remediation and assessment of the risk across systems and business activities.
