About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care to older Victorians in residential homes and local communities.

The successful candidate will have a current AHPRA registration and be able to demonstrate empathy and treat others with dignity and respect. They will also have a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities include providing excellent resident-focused care, maintaining documentation, and overseeing day-to-day tasks related to clinical care.
  • The ideal candidate will have sound decision-making skills and be able to make effective use of resources. They will also provide employees with clear direction and guidance while actively promoting positive working relationships.

About You

  • A current AHPRA registration (Bachelor of Nursing or higher)
  • Empathy and ability to treat others with dignity and respect
  • Collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues, and other key stakeholders
  • Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
  • High level of accountability for your own work
  • Friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
