Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Div 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
