Job Title: Personal Care Assistant Wellbeing

As a skilled care professional, you will provide exceptional personal care and support to residents at O'Mara House. Your role will involve maintaining the wellbeing and independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical, spiritual, social, and cultural support to maintain residents' wellbeing and independence.
  • Support residents with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Identify problems and alert immediate supervisors when necessary.
  • Manage time effectively and multitask to ensure efficient care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Aged Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to resident care and wellbeing.
