
Hearing Aid Support Professional

This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You will be trained in all aspects of the role, including:
- Delivering exceptional customer service: Over the phone and face-to-face, making clients feel welcome and supported.
- Clinic preparation: Ensuring everything is ready to provide seamless client care.
- Hearing aid orders and processing: Training provided to master this essential task.
- Bluetooth device connectivity: Helping clients connect hearing aids to phones and other devices.
- Invoicing and receipting: Processing client and manufacturer invoices.
- General administrative duties: Filing, cleaning, assisting with private health rebates and insurance claims.
- Hearing Services Program: Handling processes and claims with confidence.
- Client device management: Assisting with insertion, cleaning, and basic hearing aid maintenance.
