Reception and Administration Role

We are seeking a vibrant and motivated individual to join our dynamic and friendly team in Darwin.

This role combines front desk reception, clinic administration, and hands-on assistance with hearing aids. As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare the clinic for client visits, process hearing aid orders, connect devices, handle invoicing, perform general administrative duties, and manage client devices.

  • Clinic preparation: ensuring everything is ready to provide seamless client care">
  • Hearing aid orders and processing: training provided to master this essential task">
  • Bluetooth device connectivity: helping clients connect hearing aids to phones and other devices">
  • Invoicing and receipting: processing client and manufacturer invoices">
  • General administrative duties: filing, cleaning, assisting with private health rebates and insurance claims">
  • Hearing Services Program: handling processes and claims with confidence">
  • Client device management: assisting with insertion, cleaning, and basic hearing aid maintenance">
