As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading the reliability function within Production Operations.

Delivering practical and commercially responsive solutions that balance stakeholder needs is crucial to your role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform key business decisions.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
  • Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift the reliability function across the organisation while developing and mentoring a small team of reliability professionals.
  • Deliver reliability solutions that balance technical feasibility, business needs, and stakeholder priorities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a solid background in asset management, ideally in power generation or a large industrial setting.

A degree in engineering and at least five years' experience are essential. You should also have a proven track record of keeping critical assets performing at their best.

You must be comfortable analysing problems, thinking strategically, and finding practical, cost-effective solutions that make a real difference.

Teamwork is essential in this role, as you will be working with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting your team to grow and succeed.
