Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced reliability professional to lead our reliability function in Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform key business decisions.
  • Investigate root cause of issues and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
  • Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the reliability function while developing a team of reliability professionals.
  • Deliver solutions that balance technical feasibility, business needs, and stakeholder priorities.
About You:

You're a skilled reliability engineer with a solid background in asset management, preferably in power generation or a large industrial setting. You have a degree in engineering and at least five years' experience, and you know what it takes to keep critical assets performing optimally.

You're comfortable analysing problems, thinking strategically, and finding practical solutions that make a real impact. You're not just technically strong, you're also a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, sharing knowledge, and supporting your team to grow and succeed.
