Reliability Lead - Asset Performance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Lead to drive asset performance and lead continuous improvements for our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the reliability function within Production Operations, delivering practical and commercially responsive solutions that balance stakeholder needs. Proactive and reactive reliability strategies will be implemented effectively to ensure the integrity, availability, and longevity of our assets.

  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform key business decisions.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
  • Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift the reliability function across the organisation while developing and mentoring a small team of reliability professionals.
  • Deliver reliability solutions that balance technical feasibility, business needs, and stakeholder priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled reliability engineer with a solid background in asset management, ideally in power generation or a large industrial setting. A degree in engineering and at least five years' experience are required. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to think strategically and find practical, cost-effective solutions that make a real difference.
