Strategic Reliability Specialist

This is a leadership role within the Production Operations team, responsible for delivering commercially responsive solutions that balance stakeholder needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform key business decisions.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
- Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift the reliability function across the organisation while developing and mentoring a small team of reliability professionals.
- Deliver reliability solutions that balance technical feasibility, business needs, and stakeholder priorities.
We're looking for a skilled reliability engineer with a solid background in asset management, ideally in power generation or a large industrial setting. A degree in engineering and at least five years' experience are essential, along with a proven ability to keep critical assets performing at their best.
You should be comfortable analysing problems, thinking strategically, and finding practical, cost-effective solutions that make a real difference. As a team player, you'll enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting your team to grow and succeed.
