Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative to join our team at Cosentino Group. As a Sales Administrative, you will be responsible for supporting the administration-related matters in the Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process and verify purchase orders, sales transactions, and customer information
  • Manage and update sales and customer records
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department
  • Communicate with customers to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fundamentals of computing, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems
