Procurement and Receiving Officer

This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic team, responsible for receiving and staging merchandise by department. You will mark the merchandise appropriately for placement in the facility and deliver it to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to motivate themselves and others, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include general procurement, stocking/receiving, receiving into system (Birchstreet), beverage stocktaking, maintaining receiving area, and entering food/beverage invoice into Birchstreet.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate self and others
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management software
