Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Contract Officer to lead our procurement activities across the organisation. This role will involve managing supplier onboarding, renewals, and compliance, as well as providing advice on procurement policies, probity, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and support procurement activities across the organisation, including RFQs, supplier engagement, and evaluation processes
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle — including drafting, reviewing, tracking milestones, and coordinating renewals
  • Maintain accurate records, including the central contracts register and supplier documentation
  • Provide advice on procurement policies, probity, and compliance
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in procurement or contract management, ideally within a regulated or service-based setting
  • A detail-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teams and build strong relationships with suppliers
