Market Engagement Coordinator

As a Market Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our Victorian business and markets function.

  • Coordinate market activities across Victoria, ensuring seamless collaboration with senior leaders and teams.
  • Act as the central point of contact for market engagement initiatives, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and delivery of external events, internal communications, and leadership updates in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Champion best practices in CRM data management, ensuring accuracy and generating insights to inform client engagement strategies.
  • Provide expert support to the Managed Client Program, including workshops, client meetings, and contact management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience working with senior leaders in fast-paced professional services environments, with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-focused attitude and a drive to improve processes.
  • High attention to detail, excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilities – especially across complex and changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and collaborative tools like Teams and PowerBI.
  • A collaborative and approachable style that fosters trust, promotes teamwork, and contributes to a positive and agile working culture.
