Job Description

We are seeking dedicated staff to support our residents in their daily lives. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lending a hand with daily life activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting residents with challenging needs, such as mobility issues or cognitive impairments.
  • Helping to keep residents' bodies and minds active through various activities, such as exercise programs, arts and crafts, and social events.
  • Monitoring residents' health and assisting with treatments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Experience working as a caregiver or similar.
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
