**Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity**

This is an integral role where you will be a key point of contact for both customers and installers. Your goal will be to maximize the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.

**Job Description:**

- Plan, schedule, and quote daily and project work
- Maintain accurate records of schedules
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, sales teams
- Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- Scheduling or planning experience in glass and/or trades is an advantage
- Ability to manage customers and installers
- Resilient with the ability to prioritize multiple work projects
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
- Knowledge of Simpro or planning/scheduling systems is advantageous
