Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in safeguarding practices, with a strong understanding of risk management and safety protocols.
  • Technical support knowledge, with experience in using technology to support individuals with their daily living needs.
  • Prior experience as a support worker, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of disability support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the changing needs of individuals and the organization.
  • First aid certification, with the ability to respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid.
  • Understanding of NDIS guidelines and policies, with the ability to interpret and apply them in practice.
