We are seeking a skilled Social Performance professional to support our team in delivering positive social value outcomes for communities and clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals at the early stages of their career in Social Performance, looking to join a global consultancy and learn from market leading experts.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the social performance team across Australia
- Liaise with internal consultants to deliver project outcomes
- Undertake research such as sentiment analysis, social research and stakeholder mapping
- Develop communication materials and project collateral
- Assist with writing and preparing proposals
- Prepare high quality reports for clients
- 1-4 years of experience in Social Performance, including Social Impact Assessment and/or Community and Stakeholder Engagement roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, public policy, journalism, or a related field
- Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation and resilience
- Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple disciplines and teams
