As part of our leading Social Performance team, you will play a key role in designing positive social value outcomes for communities and our clients. This includes conducting social impact assessments, communications, community or stakeholder engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years' experience in social performance roles, including social impact assessment and/or community and stakeholder engagement. A degree in communications, social sciences, public policy, journalism or a related field is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be interested in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation and resilience.

A positive attitude, ability to work with multiple disciplines and teams across a large dynamic business, and experience in the consulting industry will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the social performance team across Australia
  • Liaising with internal consultants from other disciplines to deliver project outcomes
  • Undertaking research such as sentiment analysis, social research and stakeholder mapping
  • Developing communication materials and project collateral
  • Assisting with writing and preparing fee proposals
  • Preparing high-quality reports for clients
