The Role

We are seeking part-time disability support workers to work in Pakenham and Narre Warren. The role focuses on supporting clients with disabilities in community recreational and leisure activities, including attending sporting, entertainment, cultural, and social events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support clients with disabilities in community activities
  2. Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
  3. Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  4. Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other support staff
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the Disability or Community Services field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on public holidays, weekdays, after hours, and weekends
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS worker screening
