In our Business Enablement team, you'll collaborate closely with Control Management, Field, and Centre of Excellence teams to protect business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

As a highly motivated Project Specialist/Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate with auditors, completing requests and remediation, and implementing regulator changes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to safeguard business.
  • Establish systems and procedures to enforce anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols.
  • Ensure risk, compliance, and audit policies are adhered to across the onboarding process.
  • Align GMNS businesses with compliance, risk, marketing, operational excellence, and operations teams.
  • Drive operation risk events (OREs) to resolution and timely implementation of regulatory changes.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Process and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Strong commitment to reaching goals, using performance metrics to track progress.
