We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Liquor Team Member. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our products.
About the Role- Engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments that they will cherish.
- Advocate for our loyalty programs by informing customers about our benefits and product offerings.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to our service standards for the sale of alcohol.
- You must possess excellent communication skills to interact confidently and authentically with customers.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with good availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in learning and expanding your product knowledge.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual who takes ownership of their career.
- No hesitation to take on new challenges and increase daily step count.
