Site Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to oversee the delivery of a 5-storey commercial project in Shepparton.
- This role is ideal for an experienced professional with solid concrete and formwork expertise, who thrives in a structured environment with clear expectations around safety, quality, and program.
- Coordinate daily site operations for a 5-level commercial build
- Manage multiple trades and subcontractors on site
- Maintain construction program schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Monitor workmanship and uphold strict quality standards
- Enforce OH&S procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Liaise with Engineers, site team to resolve issues promptly
- Drive site productivity while maintaining compliance and standards
- Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on multi-level commercial projects
- Strong background in concrete structures and formwork is essential
- Highly organised, punctual, and reliable with strong leadership ability
- Sound understanding of construction programs and scheduling
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Relevant trade background or builder qualification preferred
