- Support the Care and Maintenance Superintendent in incident notification, reporting, and follow-up actions.">
- Coordinate health and wellbeing initiatives across the site, tailored to the care and maintenance operating context.">
- Manage the Hazard/Near Miss Reporting process in conjunction with Department Leaders, ensuring that key learnings are captured, shared, and applied.">
- Maintain and update safety systems on behalf of the Care and Maintenance Superintendent.">
- Assist with the close-out of WHS issues and completion of corrective actions in a timely and effective manner.
This role provides a solid foundation for a successful career in Health and Safety within the resources sector, while making a meaningful contribution to our site's safety performance and continuous improvement goals.
