Site Foreman – Shepparton Based

5-Story Commercial Project | Concrete & Formwork Focus | Immediate Start

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading mid-tier concrete structure contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and industrial projects across Victoria. Due to continued growth and a new commercial development in regional Victoria, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Site Foreman to oversee the delivery of a 5-storey commercial project based in Shepparton.

This role is ideal for a Foreman with solid concrete and formwork experience, who thrives in a structured environment with clear expectations around safety, quality, and program. Candidate can be based in metro Melbourne or Shepparton as there is a further pipeline of projects in metro Melbourne also.

About the Company

Our client is a full-service concrete structure company specialising in mid- and high-rise residential towers, aged care facilities, multi-level commercial buildings, warehouses, and civil infrastructure projects throughout Victoria. They have steadily grown year on year, now employing over 50 staff including Estimators, Project Managers, Foremen, and skilled tradespeople. The team culture is grounded in professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and program delivery, this contractor has become a builder of choice across the Victorian market.

About the Role

This is a hands-on site leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Shepparton project to time and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for a 5-level commercial build
• Coordinate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors on site
• Maintain construction program schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Monitor workmanship and uphold strict quality standards
• Enforce OH&S procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Engineers, and site team to resolve issues promptly
• Drive site productivity while maintaining compliance and standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on multi-level commercial projects
• Strong background in concrete structures and formwork is essential
• Highly organised, punctual, and reliable with strong leadership ability
• Sound understanding of construction programs and scheduling
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Relevant trade background or builder qualification preferred
