Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stock Manager to lead our inventory operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to inspire others with best practices.

About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an organized individual who thrives in a dynamic setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing stock receipts, processing stock-to-floor movements, and implementing efficient processes to maximize inventory turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock receipts, ensuring accurate counting and processing of inventory.
  • Process stock-to-floor movements, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve stock integrity and reduce waste.
  • Maintain strong communication with colleagues and leadership team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably in a stock management or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Solutions-driven individual with the ability to challenge the status quo.
