Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stock Fill Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our stock management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and ready for customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of up to four stock team members, ensuring that all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing the stock receiving process, supporting the Store Manager with your expertise, and adhering to OH & S policies & procedures.

You will provide high-level customer service to our customers, manage high-volume or big-box stock volume, and have experience supervising a small team. A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals is essential, as well as strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supervise a team of up to 4 stock team members.
  • Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner.
  • Manage stock receiving process.
  • Support the Store Manager with your stock experience and expertise.
  • Adhere to OH & S policies & procedures.
  • Provide high level of customer service to our customers.
  • High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is required.
  • Experience with supervising a small team.
  • A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals.
  • Strong time management, delegation and follow up skills.
