Support Care Professional

This role is ideal for those passionate about providing care and support to others. As a Support Care Professional, you will be working with a diverse range of clients in their homes and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care, such as showering, grooming, and dressing
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Transporting clients safely between their homes and appointments (own vehicle required)
  • Supporting daily routines and wellbeing
About You:
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence, insured motor vehicle and smartphone
  • The ability to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself
  • Effective communication skills with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
