Marketing Director - Device Upgrade Strategy

This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of brand architecture and consumer-facing promise to deliver meaningful and relevant communications driving commercial outcomes.

The Marketing Director will lead the device upgrade marketing communication strategy, overseeing effective customer communications and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to maximise commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communications strategies aligned with the device upgrades customer journey and target specific stages of the Post-paid customer lifecycle adopting a test and learn mindset.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets engaging, growing, and retaining customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective and consistent messaging.
  • Analyse data-driven opportunities for profitable commercial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience in Customer Communications or Marketing within Telecommunications, Financial Services or Retail industries.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving them to meet targets.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and tools.
