Infrastructure Project Leader

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee multiple civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery, on time and within budget.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
- Coordinate resources, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication.
- Proven experience in civil construction, including urban development, roads, bridges, drainage, water/sewer, bulk earthworks, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
