The Senior HSE Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director HSE and key operational stakeholders in implementing the HSE Strategy and Divisional Plans. This involves driving the implementation of HSE processes across the organisation, coaching to build awareness and knowledge across the business, and lifting HSE performance. The role requires regular attendance at project sites to implement Landcom's HSE Framework, including HSE assurance processes, contractor management, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training as required. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of demonstrated experience as an HSE professional in construction, property, asset management, or equivalent high-risk industry. They will also possess advanced knowledge of safety and risk management principles, as well as relevant WHS Legislation and Codes of Practice in NSW. The role requires a collaborative approach, coaching and influence skills, gained leading through change within complex environments. The successful candidate will be curious, diligent, and have a strong commitment to honest and ethical behaviours.
