School Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Education Support Officer to join our team at The Salvation Army Independent Schools. As a key member of our education support team, you will provide administrative support to our schools, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration and clerical activities for the TSA Independent Schools, including filing, minute taking, data entry, processing mail, general correspondence, resource and supply management, and processing orders
- Ensure the provision of positive, prompt, and efficient service to the internal and extended school community through reception related activities
- Coordinate the training, integrity checks, and induction of volunteers, including blue cards, child safety, and code of conduct
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in administration or office management
- Solid level of computer literacy and exposure to computerised accounting systems and databases
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
