Job Opportunity: Farm and Accommodation Caretaker

We are seeking a retired couple with one partner having sound building and mechanical skills, and the other having housekeeping skills to assist us with our farm stay business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining and presenting accommodation for guest arrivals.
  • Be involved in guest experiences.
  • Attend to repairs and maintenance of farm buildings.
  • Assist in upkeep of all farm buildings.
  • Assist in mechanical repairs of farm and garden machinery (welding skills desired).
  • Help with farm activities when needed such as sheep and cattle mustering, drenching etc.

A very good remuneration package is available including a 3-bedroom cottage on the farm.

Requirements:

  • Retired couple with sound building and mechanical skills.
  • One partner should have housekeeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
